ExFolder.exe keeps in Exchange/bin Directory
& run TurnOffSNVerificationForExFolders.reg
Connect and select a Global Catalog and the public folder
database where the deleted public folder was on.

ExFolders is the exchange 2010 replacement of the PFDAVAdmin tool. ExFolders must be run on a exchange 2010 server and it can connect to Exchange 2007 or 2010.
